07 03 11 23:02 - 2011 rules
After some discussion, there are numerous clarifications all over the rules, no major changes to the concept of the competition and one change to reduce available power: we'll be limiting battery weight to 300g in 2011 and 2012 seasons and further to 250g in 2013 and 2014 seasons. See
here.
With FAI rules showing up as a reality in the coming years, it will be interesting to see what the future of Eurocup turns out.

06 03 10 00:46 - Rules for season 2010
With the help of the wiki and some mailing we created rules for season 2010. They're basically the same as for the last three years, with tweaks and adjustments for better clarity. Only major change is introduction of "outrunner" category as the only 400 compatible category. Organizers had problems with last year "open' design which was a mashup of smaller categories with all their national spices. Altough "outrunner" doesn't seem like the best choice, it prevailed due to the popularity and the number of pilots it received.
Here's

08 01 09 21:33 - 2010 rules
Last year I was mentioning at the eurocup competitions that I am going to prepare a collaborative environment where we could discuss the future rules of F5J euro scene. I'm happy to announce that the mediawiki I set up for that purpose is already in internal testing. I'll send out invitation emails once we're confident it will be useful to the participants.
F5J future is going to be bright! :)
